YOGA
Wear whatever you are comfortable to move in. Bring your water bottle and yoga mat. Arrive 10-15 minutes early so we have time to help you get comfortably set-up and familiar with our space. We do provide complimentary yoga mats for all of our classes!
SPIN
Wear whatever you are comfortable to move in. Show up 10-15 minutes early so we have time to help you get comfortably set-up and familiar with your bike. Bring your water bottle and SPD clip-in spin shoes if you have your own. We do provide complimentary clip-in shoes for all of our classes!
