Oasis Rhythm Ride is a full body workout - on a bike! Our classes combine fast and fun moves, heavy isolation for strength, and weighted upper body training. Anyone can ride with us. It’s your ride and you are always in control of your pace and resistance. Harness the benefits of a cycling workout while having fun. Aerobic activity is great for the heart and lungs. Breathe deeper and feel good doing it. Cycling will challenge your body and have you feeling great - inside and out. We tone muscles, shed doubts and most importantly, we connect. We connect with our body, mind and spirit. We connect with each other. When the door closes, lights dim and music takes over, it’s magical.
